We aim to meet these delivery times, however during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, major events may cause delays and delivery times may need to be extended, but we will always work hard to keep these to a minimum.
Before The High Street cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or an incomplete address, the buyer will be charged a shipping and handling fee for re-shipment.
