I'M UNSURE WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
We advise customers to check size charts carefully before ordering, if you're still unsure please message and we will do our best to help. As return postage has to be paid by the customer we would prefer you to be happy as soon as you receive your order.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Shipping is FREE on all orders. Please ensure you enter the correct address when ordering (including house number) and in English only. We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered due to an incomplete address.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our order processing times are 1-7 business days depending on stock levels.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, major events will mean that these delivery services are delayed and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these to a minimum.
Before the High Street cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If an order is returned to us due to non collection or incomplete address the buyer will be charged a shipping + handling fee for re-shipment.

If your order confirmation hasn't arrived in you inbox, please check your junk folder, it's usually in there! If you still can't find it please get in touch.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Please click on the 'view my order' button in your order/shipping confirmation email. This will take you to your order page where you will find the tracking information.
I AM USING THE SHOP APP TO TRACK MY ORDER BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION?
Tracking will update once the item has reached the country of delivery. To view your full tracking information please click on the 'view my order' button in your order/shipping confirmation email. This will take you to your order page where you will find the tracking information.
I'VE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
We work with manufacturers all over the world therefore you may receive part of your order in separate deliveries.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Or HQ is located in the UK. We currently ship directly from our manufacturers in order to keep costs low and pass these savings on to our customers. Our 'Afficial' brand items are shipped from the UK, with the exception of a few pieces which are shipped from the US. All other items are shipped from our main warehouses in Asia.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please fill in the contact form here or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a reply within 24 hours. Do not open a PayPal dispute as this will allow us to assist you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
TRACKING STATES 'ATTEMPTED DELIVERY' OR 'DELIVERY FAILED'?
Please check with your local Post Office before contacting us.
Your purchase may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you (the recipient of the parcel.) We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can return your product for a refund or store credit. You may be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:
- Returned items must be in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate an exchange or refund, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via our contact page or email email@example.com - please include your order number in the message.
- Let us know the products you wish to return from your order and the reason.
- Send your item to us via the post office or courier using the address provided by us.
- If a CN22 customs form is required please tick 'returned goods'
- Retain your proof of postage.
- Once we receive and review your return we will then issue your refund.
If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return these goods and ask us to replace them or get a refund. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
