OUR RETURNS POLICY
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund, store credit or a different product. You may be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please do not return any items without first contacting us.
Please note the following exceptions to our policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us via our contact page or email email@example.com - please include your order number in the message.
- Let us know the products you wish to return from your order.
- Send your item to us via the post office using the address provided by us.
- Retain your proof of postage.
- Once we receive and review your return we will then issue your refund.
If you receive faulty goods, you have the right to return these goods and ask us to replace them or get a refund. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
